Ordered this for a kid’s birthday party. Since some of the burgers were spicy, I asked to swap them for non‑spicy ones. I was told extra charges would apply, which didn’t make sense since it was just a replacement.
On top of that, the order was left sitting on the rack until I followed up. Only then did they realize the service provider had called the wrong number (I had to point out). There was no apology at first, and when I highlighted the mistake, the customer service response was simply “Too bad.”
The food and packaging were good, but the service really fell short. Definitely needs improvement.
