Good quality food but handling can be better

The quality of the sandwiches are good. However, the salad in the box made the bread soft and messy. Dishes with rice, the rice is dry and hard. As for the ice lemon tea, nice taste but handling can be improved - sometimes have oil on top and got smell of handler on the cover.
